Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to artpint ("artpint", "we", "us" or "our"). artpint is operated by PrintaCraft Studio, a sole proprietor / individual operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital download store available at https://artpint.com (the "Service").

By creating an order, completing a purchase, downloading a product, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What we sell

artpint sells instant-download digital craft files — including printable coloring pages, mandala designs, paper-cut templates and cross stitch charts. All products are delivered as ZIP packages containing print-ready PDFs, PNGs and any supplemental materials such as DMC color keys and mockup images.

2.2 Digital delivery

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon payment confirmation, the buyer receives a secure download link by email. Because digital files can be copied and used the moment they are delivered, sales are subject to specific restrictions described in Section 7 (Refunds).

2.3 Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including: Waffo Pancake as our payment processor (PCI-DSS compliant); Cloudflare for CDN, R2 storage and DNS; and standard email delivery providers for transactional messages. The availability and performance of the Service may be affected by these providers.

3. Account & Orders

3.1 Placing an order

No pre-registered account is required. To place an order you provide a valid email address through the waffo.ai hosted checkout, which is a Merchant of Record that calculates and collects applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) on our behalf.

3.2 Download link delivery

After a successful payment we issue a download token by email. Each token is valid for 7 days from the time of issue and may be used up to 5 times. Files are hosted on Cloudflare R2 and served via short-lived presigned URLs that expire after 7 days.

3.3 Security

Download tokens are unique and unguessable. Do not share your download link with others. If you believe your link has been leaked, contact us so we can invalidate it.

4. Pricing & Products

Product prices are displayed in USD on the storefront. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; taxes are calculated and added by Waffo Pancake at checkout based on the buyer's jurisdiction. Prices may change without notice for new orders; we do not retroactively change the price of an order already placed.

5. Payment

Payment is processed exclusively by our payment processor Waffo Pancake. We do not collect, store or transmit your full card number, CVV or expiration date. By completing a checkout you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge the payment method you provided for the displayed amount plus any applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation

Because products are delivered immediately and are digital in nature, there is no "cooling off" period to cancel an order after the download link has been delivered (subject to the statutory rights described in Section 7.3). If a payment fails or is reversed before delivery, the order is automatically cancelled.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General policy

Due to the instantly-deliverable digital nature of our products, sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, except as required by applicable law.

7.2 Refundable situations

• Duplicate charge: confirmed billing errors are refunded in full.
• Verified service outage of more than 72 hours attributable to us (prorated refund or link extension).
• Defective files: if the delivered files are corrupted or unusable, we will replace them or, if a replacement is not possible, refund the order.

7.3 Statutory rights

Where your local consumer law grants a withdrawal or refund right (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital content), we honour those rights provided you have not downloaded or accessed the files. Accessing the download link constitutes your express consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the withdrawal right.

7.4 How to request a refund

Email refunds@artpint.com with your order email and transaction ID. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve confirmed claims within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

7.5 Non-refundable items

• Orders where the download link has been used or has expired.
• Accounts closed for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email billing@artpint.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property & License

9.1 Our content

All product files, cover images, store copy and the artpint brand are owned by PrintaCraft Studio and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the files for your own personal projects.

9.2 What you may do

• Print the files for personal use at home or in a classroom.
• Use the printed output in your own creative projects.

9.3 What you may NOT do

• Resell, redistribute, share or transfer the digital files (in whole or in part) to any third party.
• Upload the files to any file-sharing, digital-asset or print-on-demand platform.
• Use the files in any commercial product without a separate written commercial license.
• Claim authorship or redistribute modified versions as your own work.

9.4 Buyer-supplied content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (such as support emails or feedback). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content only to provide support and improve the Service.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

10.1 Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal creative projects and educational use.

10.2 Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service or our files for any illegal, defamatory, harassing or fraudulent purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the digital files we sell.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source files from our generated deliverables.
• Bypass or interfere with any security feature of the Service (download tokens, R2 presigned URLs, robots.txt, hotlink protection).
• Scrape, mirror or systematically download content from https://artpint.com.
• Upload malware, phishing content or otherwise attempt to compromise the Service.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation or card-network rule.

10.3 AI-specific prohibition

You may not use any product file, cover image, mockup or description from artpint to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill or otherwise develop any machine-learning model that competes with artpint or with the upstream tools used to create our products.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers. Order records (email, product, download token, timestamps) are retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy and then deleted.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, artpint / PrintaCraft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or are required to do so by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@artpint.com.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties shall first attempt to settle any dispute by emailing legal@artpint.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the domicile of PrintaCraft Studio, unless applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

15. General

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email (where we have one) or by a banner on the website, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and artpint.
